Mahasiswa D3 Analis Kimia USB Manfaatkan Cangkang Telur Ayam dan Limbah Kelapa Muda Jadi Pupuk Organik

A team of D3 Chemical Analysis students from Universitas Setia Budi (USB) Surakarta successfully secured funding in the 2025 Student Creativity Program (PKM) under the Exact Research category (PKM-RE). The team proposed an innovative solution to address rising fertilizer costs and environmental damage by utilizing chicken eggshells and young coconut waste as organic fertilizer. The team, led by Bimo Putranto, with members Fasyabilla Nur Yudiantika, Desy Ayu Wulandari, and Arda Arya Setiawan, conducted research titled "Utilization of Chicken Eggshells and Young Coconut Waste as Organic Fertilizer to Improve Agricultural Productivity." This research aims to develop environmentally friendly fertilizer alternatives from organic waste materials while also supporting sustainable agriculture. The program highlights the role of Universitas Setia Budi students in contributing innovative solutions to environmental and agricultural challenges through scientific research.
